New Unit: The "Rance Costa"

The Rance Costa are an elite group of snipers equipped with the state of the art Epileptic Sniper Ramjet Rifle, capable of firing EMP bullets at all walks of life. They can disable Avatars with a single shot and they have been known to take down an entire armada of storm riders in under a minute.

Expect to see this unit in 2.6

Requirements - $7000 & GDI Space Uplink Station
Build Time is 12 Seconds
Squads of One
Range of Current Snipers x 1.3
Reload time is 2 Seconds
Clip of One Bullet
Can Fire at Aircraft - EMP Bullet has no effect on PACs

more slots on apcs and bring back MLRS to counter those scrin destroyers also how about making seed avatar just transfor other walker and destroyers and mamoth tanks

Great idea, I love it. HOWEVER, I think I have some ideas that might help. First off, you might want to have it so you get 1 sniper with a ram-jet rifle, and 1 sniper with a semi-automatic rifle (heck, if they are supposed to be so good, give them a rail gun) or something like that. Also, if the snipers are supposed to be that great, then why do they not have some special ability? If you ask me, they should, on top of spotting for the juggernauts, be able to make a fox-hole or something like that.

For a Unit like this, they should not spot for Juggernaughts, that would be totally cheap, the name of this unit IMO is a bit questionable.

They only come as a single sniper? I hope they have the HP and Armor to hold their own, or else they will be useless.

I have some suggestions. Unlike what some other guy said, I don't think this one should have a rail gun simply because a giant blue beam of death is sure to give away the location of the sniper (which shouldn't really be seen).
How about making this unit stealthed from all vehicles and aircraft and some base defences?

BTW. I love new units ^^

IMO stealth is next to pointless on C&C 3 because just about everything detects stealth.

Can someone please tell me how to get 2.5 mod running? I have Windows Vista and have tried everything to get this mod to work with no luck!

No other problems...Does Retarded work with patch 1.09??? That may be the problem!

@above; C&C-R works fine with 1.09 for me.

Suggestions; more teamcolours! Lots more! Slate blue, grey, black, beige, tan, etc. etc.

Also, some mp3s as per the versions compressed into the game, because the links provided in the readme are terrible quality or would require significant modification to make useable.
