Here we go!
- Have harvesters no longer need to dock at the refinerey. They just leave the refinerey and just keep harvesting the tiberium untill they die..
- Have refineries be able to build harvesters.
- screw the release candidate bull crap, call the next release "C&C Retarded: Best Mod Ever Edition"
- Change all harvesters so they all have the same amount of health and armor.
- Double the yield of harvester crystals.
- Do away with the 500 credits every 12 seconds formula and give refinery a free tiberium silo that gives 200 credits every 12 seconds.
- Scrin starts with one harvester.
- GDI starts with 3 harvesters.
- Nod starts with 6 harvesters.
- GDI harvesters get weaponry buff.
- Scrin Hive Jobber Buff.
- Mastermind teleport range buff.
- Slight Nod Solider armor buff.
- Shadow Team Strike now has 5 Shadow Squads.
The Scrin Harvester is uber fast guys.
Nod Harvesters are cloaked.
GDI Harvesters have ion cannons.
I have not graduated yet. That happens on Thursday, then I have a week of graduation parties.. Then I get to do all this stuff.

Less talk, more mod. That's all i have to say.
not bad ideas. sounds a lot like Yuri's independent harvesters. dont know how scrin lovers will like the 1vs3 harvest start though... keep up the good and worthy work, but remember - there is always more to do.

Hey, that sounds pretty cool, but why does Nod get 6 harvesters? Unless you plan on counteracting them with a better balancing system the same amount per side should do. Also you should only make harvesters build able at the refinery so there is a point in making at least one. Another idea in this is with GDI, make an individual cannon upgrade for the harvester so that it doesn't come with it, this is to prevent a "harvester rush"

With the Ion Cannon, is it the SW or a projectile weapon?
I ask this, because I'd prefer projectile because I like EAW.
